Staging Means More Closed Sales and Rentals for Builders, Property Managers and Investors

First Impressions Staging Project Gallery

A shopper will be more willing to buy a house if it is staged than if it is not. Buyers linger longer if homes are outfitted with accessories rather than in the vacant houses that have nothing to appeal to the buyers’ senses. Savvy buyers from metropolitan areas are used to seeing model homes and prefer to see those houses that are staged as opposed to those that are not.

Every property is special and has its own feel. When walking through a property, we determine the type of furnishings to best showcase the property whether it be French Country, Contemporary, Traditional, Mission Style, etc. Our inventory and accessories reflect all different décor styles.

•Builders – Receive a discount when stage three or more properties at one time. Want new and fresh ideas to have your houses look different and stand apart from all other new construction homes?

•Builders/Agents: Don’t forget about your Parade of Homes entries.

Need a model home or update the existing model? Starting a new neighborhood? We can furnish your model with the latest furniture and accessories to showcase your work as a builder and make your listing stand apart.

•Property Managers – Stage to Rent. Make even your rental property stand out from the competition.

Investors – we do it all! Are you flipping your property and need to line up contractors?

• Staged homes create interest among prospective buyers.
• Staging is fast and affordable.
• Property looks more attractive to potential buyers than competing homes in local market.
• Buyer spends more time viewing house without being distracted by personal items.
• Neutral and updated look appeals to larger buyer pool.
• Appraisers are more likely to appraise Staged homes at full value.
• Photos of Staged homes look better in print and Internet advertising

We perform on-site property evaluations to determine what level of staging services are required. We understand how to apply style, scale, proportion, color, and flow so that a property looks its best and sells quickly.
Who pays for Staging? Seller can pay entire staging costs, agent can pay all of staging costs or pay for initial consultation, seller and agent can split either the consultation or project staging costs. Staging costs are paid upon completion of the project or consultation and not upon the sell of the property.
