• Stage to Live (Interior Re-Design) - From moving items around in your home to create a more appealing space or walking through all of your desired “staged” rooms and giving you ideas with no obligatory purchase of items.
So many clients fall in love with their staged homes during the selling process and upon moving find that they miss their staged home. We stage homes for everyday living . . . what is this you may say . . . we help clients downsize from all the excess items that can clutter our homes and lives to a more relaxed space that they enjoy coming home to everyday.
• Downsizing - When downsizing, it can be a bit overwhelming to decide what to take to a new space and whether or not all of your furnishings will fit. Whether you are moving into a smaller home, an apartment, or an assisted living center, we can help give you the answer to hard questions. We can make downsizing a smooth transition for either yourself or a family member.
• Move-in Placement - If you are overwhelmed by where your furnishings and accessories should be placed after the movers have unloaded all your furniture and boxes, call us to place your furniture, hang your artwork and creatively display your accessories in each room of your new home. Eliminate the boxes in hours.
•Downsizing – Junk and Debris Removal - We haul away any items to help you eliminate clutter. Examples include yard waste & greenery removal, appliances, furniture, old books, tires, old tools, computer equipment etc. We also can provide estate clean ups. Let us come clean out your garage, shed or attic. Our rates are reasonable and are based on the volume and nature of the material you have. RELAX while we load your unwanted items on our trailer and sweep up afterward. Whatever you wish to get rid of, we can help you.
• Stage to Work – Spend most of your days in an uninspiring space. Create a space that you’ll want to work in and be the envy of all your co-workers.
• Stage to Entertain – Do you want to entertain but you’re not sure what needs to be done or where to begin in regards to the house’s presentation? We can re-arrange your furniture, accessories, etc. for your main event including exterior appearance.
• Landscape Improvement - From putting out fresh pine straw, trimming overgrown trees and shrubs, cleaning out gutters, to keeping your lawn mowed while it is on the market, we will ensure your home has great curb appeal and can take care of all the exterior needs. We have several independent contractors that we do business with if the services you desire fall outside our normal range of expertise for example, if you need painters, plumbers or electricians, we can provide you with the resources you need and coordinate all the work as the single point of contact to ensure seamless and efficient service.
